Yeh, shadow you are well and truly an apologist. Sorry to break the news to you.

Apologists gun for me even if they're not entirely sure why, which is what you're doing on this thread.

That said, I'm starting to find you quite funny so please do carry on!

These statistics are most interesting since the entire Serve-Us Meeting this week was devoted to jw.org website. Watchtower themselves are trying to advance the notion that Internet access is going to help them.

Clearly from the graph, their greatest increases are where people don't having Internet access. My parents are computer illiterate and can't even get broadband where they live. They'll never get on the jw.org bandwagon, so now my parents have to find other things to read.

Why do people go nuts to misapply this?

    "lies, damn lies and statistics!"

A quote so often used by people who still insist that smoking doesn't cause cancer, drinking doesn't increase accidents, and seatbelts don't save lives. Yeah dumbasses, keep smoking and hope you get thrown clear if you get in an auto accident. But when you're caught drunk-driving, don't spout how the statistics lie and you're more clear-headed when you drive drunk.

Well, let's see your graphs. Or in your mind does a simple assertion outweigh facts and figures. If you're going to throw stones at the valid evidence that Cedars has presented, let's see your facts and figures to disprove it.

I sincerely hope that quoting a song from the 60s isn't your idea of productive dialogue. Quoting song lyrics as if they are supposed to prove something is the kind of thing that lame JW speakers would use as their introduction for a public talk.

Evidently, SHADOW is a big Buffalo Springfield fan.

Otherwise, that's just a whole hell of a lot of words to say something pretty simple.

BTW, my favorite Buffalo Springfield song is:

    Sit Down, I Think I love You. . .

    Anyway I'd like to try

I can't stop thinking of you

If you go I'll know I cry

    Can't you see that I'm a desperate man ?

I can hide, just being around

You want to know what they say about 'the bird in the hand'

And that's why, I ain't leaving without you

So if you want someone to love you

    Pretty baby, I'm your guy

It's not much I'm asking of you

Just a 'please give me a try'

    Wow...

No wonder they resisted the internet for so long.

well at least a few people understood the point I'm making

as for those who don't get it, maybe you should take advantage of further educational opportunities

I think I'll take a pass on making graphs that don't really prove anything

You are without doubt one of the worst, most bumbling WT apologists ever!

Now you're encouraging people to pursue higher education?! Fair enough! I'm not sure you can count your time for making that particular suggestion though.

In all of your many posts criticizing my graph you have yet to offer one concrete reason why it is wrong or irrelevant. I think that says it all.

It would be interesting to plot growth vs. Growth in gdp. It is speculated by sociologists growth in cults is higher in developing countries experiencing increase in wealth, as a counter reaction. The curve should thus have a bump in the middle.
