when i was a kid growing up in the org we use to use the term discoed just interested in hearing the many different slangs
I have heard LEFT for both df and da. I have heard REMOVED for df or da. I have heard the them say CAST OFF by the Jehovah's Org.
zed is dead
We used "got the axe"
d fd , axe, bums rush
In the 60s you had to meet with "the 3 bears"....you might get "probation" or get d f 'd both were followed by a talk at the meeting.
Later came Public reproof with a talk outlinning the gory details instead of disfellowshipping if you were "repentant".
It was always "he/she got the axe".

"Diffed" and "D-Effed" are the most common ones in my area.

"Diffed" is a good one. Sounds like "dissed".
