It makes people feel important I guess, special.
Satan and his followers do not and can not understand
spiritual matters. He can open that Bible and not understand
one word in it. So now Satan can,t read. That,s peculiar, I,am
not a Christian but I certainly know the Bible, so much for
the elders telling me I will be in spiritual darkness after leaving

Rebel, was there something accompanying that saying it was in the Bible? What you quote strikes me as just as saying without attribution, which people do all the time about all kinds of things.
Doesn't reduce the BS factor, but that's how I see it.
Perhaps the biggest lies, is that Jesus or Jehovah is good and the bible is the GOOD BOOK.
