The new LDC / RBC Requirements

It blows my mind the pioneers can get moist of their time in working on building projects! And only token FS, that's supposed to be so important! If I remember right they can also count project time at bigger stuff as well!

Dwain, I think you have to carry an RBC (or whatever it's called now) card to count your time. Apparently the time spent by "publishers" has such low value as to be ineligible for the monthly report.

Yes you do. You have to have your RBC card, and be a pioneer, to count time. And like you said, publishers just don't count for much!!!!
As of right now, the RBC is to some extant in operation, but they only carry out what the LDC tells them to do.
