If there were a world conspiracy, then I applaud the 'conspiracy nutters' in their role of making the conspiracy seem like utterly ridiculous drivel. Good work guys.

Resistance ... thanks for your interest in Agenda 21,
you question "have you read the full text?" ... No!
>
For starters, jw's are heavily 'encouraged' to not read outside material,
so for 50 years I've had my head stuffed up my arse ...!
>
What I have read, on the surface only, sounds so like the GB
trying to explain all their wonderful new lite ideas .......that right away
I am suspicious of the real message & motivation.
>
As I live in Canada, this agenda is not big in our news.
My interest, was in it's seeming similarity with the jw mode of operation.
>
I will look into it further tho, out of an interest in truth.

It has reached a point of absurdity where they are taxing rainwater in some places. This technocratic lunacy knows no end. It's all about murdering the middle class and forcing us into the soft-kill Malthusian smart grid, the economic system for world government. Currency will be based on energy (likely the bogeyman carbon) in the near future under the New World Order technocrats.
How do you reduce the population without the average Joe Idiot knowing? Put GMOs in his food, put mercury and aluminum in his vaccines, bombard him with low-intensity microwave devices (WiFi) on a 24/7 basis, introduce petrol-based pesticides and herbicides and spray it on his food....

Source? You're probably referring to the Oregon guy who was actually charged for diverting existing watercourses for his own use rather than collecting rainwater.
Just one example, Jeffro. This is the rationale of the eco-fascists. Doesn't green tyranny sound fun?

Funny how a proposal (about a charge on captured rainwater that is discharged into the city's sewage system) in one city becomes "they are taxing rainwater in some places."
Jeffro, your irrational hyper-skepticism blinds you.

This is only the beginning. What's next, being carbon taxed for farting? Insanity prevails in the New World Odor.
Again, the articles are actually talking about fees for water entering city sewage systems to offset the cost of stormwater treatment. People already pay similar fees as part of property rates to city councils. It's just a different way of calculating it.
Now, whether cities are already charging too much is an entirely separate issue.

Let me guess, Jeffro, you believe cow flatulence and man are responsible for global warming.
Jeffro, your irrational hyper-skepticism blinds you.
Right... so because I don't trust you, I'm irrational and skeptical. Because this 'obviously' means I trust the big scary government. Sigh.
