Well, Grumblecakes, I suppose one could SEW one up, like a soft stuffed toy or something! It might make a comforting pillow to rest your head upon - sure to keep the "demunzzzzzzzzz" away!!
In fact... (evil idea generating here) A person could make a very simple version, like a two-sided stuffed doll, using a set of stencils and an airbrush.
HEY!! Maybe we should have a "replicate the Sparlock the Warrior Wizard" contest! We could post pix!!
