If they don't like the pants, I would suggest a mini-skirt. Try wearing something that is about 20 cm long, or that comes about 20 cm above the knees. Skin tight, at that. And if they say anything about it, tell them at least you are not wearing suit pants.
If they say anything about it, tell them that next time, you aren't coming at all. That means to the boasting session.
