How many JW pedofiles do you personally know?

I was just thinking that out of the 200 JWs that I actually know, at least 4 of them to my knowledge are pedophiles. I know for a FACT, through personal confidences. That means, as far as my circle of Jovo friends/acquaintances goes, 2% of them are kiddy fiddlers.

Without mentioning names or details, how many do you know of for a CERTAINTY to be Pedos, and what percentage does it work out at, considering all your circle of Jovo friends?

As far as my circle of 'worldly' friends/acquaintances goes, I know only 1 pedo. And I have far more worldly friends than Jovos.

This is both sad, and worrying.... if you're still a JW.

I know of 1, convicted by the court, out of 220 jw.

I know 2 for a fact. One is my cousin in law who is an Elder and got busted for child porn on his computer. The other Elders looked the other way, and he is still serving with full priveleges. The other one used to live 3 doors down from us when I was growing up, and he had a young daughter. He too got busted by the police for child porn, and is a registered sex offender. I get sick whenever I think about the possibility that he abused his daughter.

The government needs to castrate those who abuse kids, and make them go to mandatory therapy for the rest of their lives. I know it may not stop them, but it may be a big deterrant.

I know of 2. One of them is a MS now due to the comfort of the "two witness rule". I know of another who used to be a PO but now does not serve as anything. He is allowed to carry the mikes, give parts on the school, read for the WT study and BS meeting. He can also pray for others.

I also know of a man who abused his son (not sexually, just made me think about it and made me mad) so harshly that he committed suicide. EVERYONE who knew this family knew he was abusive and did nothing. They all knew that he had pushed him over the edge and now that man is a Local Elder and his daughter is off df'd somewhere. I wish I could find her and tell her how sorry I am for what she went through. Maybe one day.
