I hope it's not inappropriate to post a song,,, so many memories attached to this one. You knew, when the DJ played this song, you were gonna have the best 15+ minutes of dancing that you could completely lose yourself in. The beauty of her voice, the sensuality ... and the fabulous funk. Whatever happened to funk? I miss it ...
This, and her amazing rendition of MacArthur Park, will live forever as classics of that time.
