I believe young children are often capable of much more then we imagine. These preacher children are surly very talented. As much as I find them ever so cute, I find it disturbing how their parents use them to further their own religious ambitions.

So sad!!! Not funny at all. Some one trained them well.
And because we love little kids. Many will think they were taught by the HOLY SPIRIT

I saw the first one on tv the other day. It was very disturbing! I turned the channel, it made me sick. I wonder what those children will grow up to be, and how these experiences will affect their development.

We had a rash of child pilot stunts in the aviation community years ago - trying to set various records. Of course, these kids could not have a real pilot's license - it was done with a parent or an instructor really flying the plane.

Finally, there were two or three fatal accidents - mostly due to pushing on with these ego flights into adverse weather. One was a Piper Cherokee trying to take off with so much ice on it that a martian anti-gravity device could not have levitated it.

This reminds me of that mess - very much like the pitiful stage parents trying to make movie stars out of their kids to live stardom vicariously through them. Or, those child beauty pagents would also come to mind.

These parents need to see a good shrink.

The kid with the red suit, whomever thought it was ok to wear that atrocity in public deserves to be shot. Sheesh. That first video, at the 46-48 second mark is one of the funniest things I've ever seen in my life.

By the way, can't forget this little girl.

I remember a young child of new jw parents, he could read at 4 and had memorized many scriptures. The elders used him like a performing monkey. He gave good talks but had to stand to the side of the podium. It was predicted he would be a CO. But the expectations of the elders on the father were unrealistic and the family was constantly "corrected." Eventually the son was ten and just like all ten year olds...no longer seen as precocious. The whole family left after one more occasion of gossip and rumours...a large ethnic family of brothers and sisters, all gone.

This reminds me of the Schroeder kid Benjamin - old Schroeder had him trained to do the same thing, only with old Watchtower quotations. He had him perform for us at the congregation servants school I went to when the kid was about 9 or 10 years old.

It was embarrassing - I felt bad for this kid.

As a parent and grandparent the videos give me that sick in the stomach feeling slthough I'm sure some Evangelicals here are giddy over them.

blondie, james- We had a young teen in our KH who tested in the top 3% in the country on his SAT and IQ, he was offered a full scholarship to Harvard while in High School. The Elders went to do a 'shepherding' visit to discourage the mother from accepting, not only did she turn them down flat she immediately sent in a resignation letter. Wish I knew how well that young man is doing, he was brilliant and gifted.

    It's vile.

And in the case of JW's, dangerous.

Woudl you take your young child canvassing around households where you don't know who on earth is behind the door. Paedophile, rapist, mentally disturbed etc, etc?

    Crazy.
