I received the exact same email from Joe Mason Emerson. I kind of "know" him. He seems harmless enough, but he probably believes Rick Fearon's crap. He also is out to help everyone through Christianity, especially former JW's.
I deleted it and moved on to the next email.
As soon as I saw $500 I thought I'd better give up there and then!
I would have donated .50 cents....
The grammar and construction of sentences are just dreadful!
I read about donating and switched off.....

intersting reading, but I think I will pass.
