I have also been wondering if a Section 501(c)(3) non-profit organization can be engaging in this type of behavior against "tax payers" in USA?

I thought about this in May when another false prophet was saying that the end would come in May and along the way he collected millions of dollars and his org is a non-profit -- I wanted to write the IRS about that, how come they allow orgs like that to exist under their Secion 501(c)(3)when obviously they are just pulling people's leg - LOL!
