Well done.
When I was a little girl, my Mom told me that someone who hates is only ultimately harming themselves, for hatred destroys and it destroys the one doing the hating as well.
While my Mom was correct, she completely contradicted not only the Watchtower, but the Bible itself. It was contradictions like these that led me to question religion and the Bible.

You are to be commended to take this matter forward, Sizemik. Lately there have been some new bills in office affecting policies of Bullying. The ORG is certainly guilty of such. I hope that the Human Rights will go after them for that.

Otherwise I'm not sure what a punitive restriction on circulation would accomplish? . . . cedars
The best case scenario would be to have the Watchtower banned as a publication . . . even temporarily.
The Watchtower =
1. A vital source of Income - significantly cut.
2. Their primary teaching tool . . . for doctrinal dissemination, unification, etc - gone.
3. Their "flagship" publication - reputation sullied.
4. Personal questioning by R&F as to why banned - would get a few thinking.
Without it being a personal attack on the Organisation, or JW's themselves, by an opposer . . . but rather a legislative decision by a neutral authoritative body . . . I think it would accomplish a tremendous amount. Which is why I thought this route worth persuing.
That being said . . . it's a best case scenario . . . and probably unlikely. But even a ruling which contained a warning rather then anything punitive . . . would still make it worthwhile IMO . . . 'cause I'll take it to the Media. HRC rulings are few and far between . . . and generate a lot of Media interest.

In Canada, a new Bill 168 was introduced. The substance of the Legislation has to deal with Violence and Harassment. It applies to the Workplace, however, I would imagine that the principles can be extended outside to a person's faith. It considers electronic (written) means of harassment as an infraction. The ORG is definitely in breech of that Bill.

...and so the sword of Damocles (or was it John Cleese?), begins to hang over the watchtower!

Could someone please send me a link to download the July 15th WT or send me the pdf.... I may be able to use it in my court battle for custody (considering 2/3 kids - all under 18, now shun me)
