Never in the US. Maybe in Europe. It has not been dismissed for summary judgment. An important first step. I could not figure out the translator so I read it in French. Was I suprised! I was able to get the gist of it.

"Never" is a long time, Band. Eventually the entire planet will be Cult Free.

True. Never under the U.S. Const'n, unless the states amend the const'n to remove the First Amendment.

I posted earlier in this thread that I do feel that a neutral public relations campaign about the dangers of high mind control groups might snare the Witnesses. Religious tradition does not forbid laws that apply to everyone. Bigamy is illegal. Peyote use is illegal. (I disagree with the peyote decision. Native Americans have used peyote for countless years. They were not allowed to use even de minimis amounts in their most sacred ceremonies).

Change happens when public opinion is altered.

I see this court case suppose to be today,,around this time? Hopefully we get an update soon.

The WTS seems to be having so many court issues lately around the world. No wonder their "attorney class" is growing so much!

you see that's the way it should be in the US.

The Watchtower should be capable of rejecting anyone, but once they tell others, including, family, work, or whatever: That should be illegal
