Not lager!
Real beer is a living thing, it's full of yeast and hops and God knows what else. Lager is sterile, but it keeps indefinitely if it's not exposed to air. It is still alcohol, but much less individual.
Beer will only keep for a few days, but it is wonderful, which is why you have organisations such as CAMRA!

Bishops tipple,to name but a few.Diverging slightly,many years ago we used to have a brew called Double Diamond,there is a song that went with it,which has'nt been seen over here for about 25 years now.
I have some good friends in Canada,and I can always recall going into a liquer store for the first time and seeing crates of it,that was a year ago,amazing!. -

Not a beer drinker, hubby likes Labatt's. I prefer a sing-a-por-sling. Love that drink. Goes down like soda pop, hits me like a rock.
