Watchtower — Pre-Eve Adam was not male!

Today I uploaded a new article to my blog addressing Watchtower’s teaching of Adam’s sexuality at the time of his creation. As it turns out, Adam was not originally created as a male. But God performed divine surgery and got things squared away so that Adam’s sexual identity was firmly in the male camp.

Marvin, you really have to be making that up...I have never heard such a thing in nearly 20 years of JW attendence.

Of course, these are the same people who did teach that the human heart can think like a brain, and that there is no such thing as rabies.

"The division of Adam" refers to his having out of his rib the womb of man= woman.

I re-read this and I don't think they were saying Adam was originally not a male....but what do I know?

That is true. When Eve was created the human sexeS began. Before that there was but one sex.
