Has this happened in the UK yet?

I think the pile at the back of the KH , help yoursef to what you need thing ,has happened in the U.K (? confirm someone)

I can see them only sending a supply based on reported placements, not on previous Cong. order size.

The good thing about this is that they are getting less and less visible as a religion, and the inept JW's will be even less inclined to engage in F.S as an attitude will develop that mags should not be given out randomly, only to "interested ones" at the door.

As the average Dub does not have the ability to engender interest, they will gradually have even less success at D2D recruiting than their present pathetic rate.

All this is hopefully a downward spiral for the WT.

No, the new system has not been introduced in the UK as yet.

We get our delivery today and will put up the individual publishers orders ready for the meeting tomorrow night.

This is a good opportunity. Just start taking huge quantities of rags (DO NOT DONATE ANYTHING FOR THEM), and then turn in fake placements for them. Never return any of the rags. This will force them to order more rags to replace the ones that get wasted. Now, if you have a good shredder or the means to invest in one, that ought to make confetti out of quite a few of them. They will not be able to place them, and will have to waste more money to print more to make up for the ones that become confetti.

As for what to do with the confetti, the recycling bin is a good place. Or, it might make good gerbil bedding--or placed in the compost heap. A caution--do not place these rags in the compost heap if you are organic gardening because the ink and bleaching chemicals for the paper could disqualify it from being organic.

WTWizard - rodent bedding is about the best use for the rags. Lets face it, they are already full of shit!

It seems that there are many more track campains.

During the campain, the placement of the magazines would decline to maybe just R.V. s.

Tracks are much cheaper. With all the hype, excitment and pressure, it would make for a better way of getting the tired R and F out more. Plus, you dont feel like its such a waste of time, becasue at least you are leaving something at every door.

They must know this. It's all by design, I think.

St George Of England said -- No, the new system has not been introduced in the UK as yet. You are dead on right and neither has it anywhere else as of yet. First Armageddon . . . then the new system.

This system has bben in place for a year or so.

Apparently it is producing the desired results if they are rolling it out to other countries.

Next step will be for the public editions to be printed with no year printed after the month. So the August edition on "Music" can be reprinted next year and mixed with the leftovers from this year. Most dubs wouldn't even notice after a decade that the same "spiritual food" about music was appearing in every August edition.
