The whole paradigm is wrong. We are not less imaginative than a believer. We are less inclined to "have faith". We are less gullible.
This is correct, but my hypothesis is that this trait, shared by all atheists, paves the way to being over cautious about the unknown. To the point where one is fearful of others who embrace the unknown; and fear is the beginnings of prejudice.
