    Ground turkey breast.

Lots of garlic, sage, oregano, and onions.

    Delicious!

Oh, in deference to CoCo, yistiddy is Gullah for yesterday.

That is nothing - Sarah Palin made moose meatballs yesterday.

    ROFL!!!

I love you JWoods, and will always do so.

Even though we disagree vehemently at times.

We have replaced most of the ground beef with ground turkey. My health conscious wife insists on it.

Last night I made (no not terribly healthy but delicious)

Coconut rice (Instead of water substitute coconut milk and add grated coconut)

    Tostones (fried green plantains).

    Fried whole snappers

    Mmmmmmmm.

    Mmmm ... indeed!

My Jamaican in-laws cook like that.

None of them have weight problems.

    You know something, Minimus?

    You have a serious problem.

Ground beef is tastier though, but turkey isn't bad at all.

The turkey works well in this recipe:

What you made is pretty close to that.

I have to confess that I added a little ground sirloin to enhance the flavor.

I also added old-fashioned oats to hold it all together.

    Turned out beautifully.

Ok, I was confused by the word "Yistiddy".
