  "As per usual, both the WTS and their defenders are dumb enough to think that people won't actually check out their bullshit lies. So the media never mentions another religions affiliation with a crime eh? They only ever mention it when a JW is involved eh? Well Spade/Alice, maybe its time you cracked open another glue stick. How do you explain the stories below? What this shows is that Witnesses are no better than any of the other religions that they love to bash:

  These examples I checked so far are religious leaders, officials of some importance or an action from the organization itself like campaign financing from a Mormon church. I made mention of this in my initial post. One was a Mormon/ polygamist married to an underage girl (common in their church), convicted of statutory rape, so obviously the person's religion was mentioned.

  Someone who creates multiple personalities to scam people is odious and also mentally ill. It just happened to me on another forum. It is one thing to proudly post one's sincere beliefs. Lying and sneaking around like vermin is gross. It reveals so much about one's character. What would Jesus do?

  So how is this any different than when an elder who is convicted of rape or fraud etc., mentioned in the media? There is no difference whatsoever. It is simply a strawman argument amongst the WTS to try and minimize the fact that they are no different than any other religion.

  Of course you do. You spend hours over at Topix, you obviously miss the bashings you got here as you went through all the trouble of creating another fake account going to extreme lengths to try and hide who you are.

  Spade/Alice, I will attempt to extend the proverbial olive branch to you. This is an open forum. There are alot of people on here who hurt emotionally and mentally through past experiences in their lives including that brought on by the WTS. Some are just lonely, perhaps having few family or friends in the real world. No one on here is perfect and no one expects another poster to be perfect. We don't care if you're disfellowshipped, inactive, lonely, out of work or just plain depressed as many posters know what that's like, myself included. You don't have to pretend to be something you're not and in fact, you will get a much better response if you are honest rather than creating multiple ID's with a fantasy background (such as having a lawyer for a husband).

  It's entirely up to you of course. If you enjoy trolling on here spouting cut-and-pastes from the Borg, then continue on the way you are. If you're willing to admit that you're just as flawed as the rest of us, you might just make a friend or two.

  What did it for me re Alice and her subsequent identities was her avatar of a witch complete with pentagram and how she just brushed it off when it was exposed for what it is. As if a real JW would use that. And continue to post here.
