I just found out that I have breast cancer on Thursday (see topic http://www.jehovahs-witness.net/watchtower/medical/190249/1/I-was-in-the-hospital ). My sister has breast cancer too. She has had it longer than me. The doctors gave her a prognosis of six months to live five months ago.
Anyway, about me, I, finally, got the doctor to do a biopsy two weeks ago. It came back positive for adenocarcinoma, nuclear grade II. The cancer is, actually, in my arm pit; but the pathologist says that it is made up of "breast tissue".
My oldest daughter notified the twins (the JWs), who were living in Atlanta. They have came home to help me out with getting to the doctor's appts and such. They are staying with me.
I have been scheduled for a lot of tests and will probably have surgery in two weeks. So, I will be posting infrequently for awhile.
