I like to put some walnuts and chopped apple in mine.
I prefer pecans, but love granny smith apples chopped into the mix.

Fresh wild sockeye salmon is in season. Pricey but sooo good.

That sounds good too Coffee, but I was thinking about a plum or apricot tart sort of thing.
Salmon has been high on my list, hmmm. Crab is on sale too.
