Ohhh that sounds kind of good Syl. Really good actually. I like to put some walnuts and chopped apple in mine. Hmmmm on thick toasted wheat bread.............maybe raisin bread................hmmmm with a Savignon Blanc???

I was considering grilled eggplant and zucchini on french bread with pesto mayo fresh tomatoes and provolone. With that chilled Pinot.
