Chill the Pinot Noir... I know, red wine isn't usually chilled but Pinot Noir is quite good if chilled, especially in the summer.

I probably do something Mexican inspired at least 3-4 nights a week. We love jalapenos. Grr I want to make something interesting and yummy, but I'm drawing a blank.
