    Gerday Ana,

    Actually, my favourite dish is "Wildcat"......I just love savouring all the delightful "essences" of a freshly, on the "spit" roasted feisty "Wildcat" Even better, is with a little ground chilli sprinkled all over, then my favourite "dish" is named "Wildcat from Hell".......ROTFLMBO!

    Second choice is prime Water Buffalo fillet steaks. The flavour is very slightly stronger than fillet beef and the stuff is nice and lean.

    Third, is Alaskan King Crab, it tastes much like lobster, but it is sweeter.

    Salmon, just baked with herbs and lemon
    Shrimp Marinara
    Leg of Lamb, with lots of herbs and garlic
    Pork roast, with a white wine herb sauce....

    mmmmm i like a nice prime rib. and for fish i love salmon. like chicken too oh and pork chops and filet mignon and lobster and.....

    Hmm. Lamb is my favourite, but I do like most kinda meats. I like fish too, but for some reason never order it at a restaurant.
