Yes, I admit it...I like Coldplay. It's one of my guilty pleasures.
I don't know why. I shouldn't really. I usually don't like 'pop' or copycat bands but there is something about these guys' music that I like, even if some of it is 'borrowed' from other sources. It's just simple Brit pop, nothing significant.
I guess it's kinda like being a Monkee's fan yet realizing they were made-for-TV and not really America's answer to the Beatles.
