You'll have to remind me.....why was it, again, that Jesus is said to have performed "signs and wonders" in the first place?
In part, to demonstrate who he was. But as I said, miracles do not compel belief. There are those that saw his miracles, and attributed them to Beelzebub. There are those that saw his miracles, and nailed him to the Cross.
