Absolutely, isaac. She didn't even know that the "slave was appointed in 1919". If you don't know that, the rest is going to be completely out of your league. It's strange to follow and obey this group of people without having any knowledge at all of where they came from, who they are. How can you defend somebody's character that you don't know the first thing about? How can you defend a doctrine that you are ignorant of in the first place? Hence why she called in the cavalry, who, while they were more knowledgeable, were still not better equipped to defend the slave.
Pointing to good fruits to justify false doctrine betrays just how pitiful the foundation of the organization is. They don't excuse Christendom for false doctrine even though they've done a heck of a lot more to help the poor and the hungry. But they excuse themselves because of what really amounts to a 'black box' theological concept--the anointed ones.
Besides, her approach and their approach aren't really all that different--the equivalent of a child stomping his/her feet and saying, "It is God's organization! It is, it is, it is!!!"
