I think that, while all of us would love to have irrefutable proof of God, I don't know is ALL the doubters would be satisfied.
As we know, on BOTH sides of thr equation, some people can "rationalise" anything !
That is what is crucial about faith, because, if we really want to, we can doubt almost anything and we can even take the most miraculous of miracles and "explain' them.
I think that for some people, the God THEY want or need to believe in may never exist and that's ok, because IF God does exist and IFGod is Omniscient, then he KNOWS why people doubt and God understands.
