On top of that one of my sons is bringing home a girl friend who is flying over from Austria.

I'm thinking maybe Lasagna. I'm pretty good at that, but it doesn't seem real traditional. The beef is so bad around these parts, I don't dare do a crown roast and besides that cost around $60.00.

    What is your favorite dinner?

Well this year we are doing a roasted goose, maybe duck. I'm not sure the sides to go with it, but am looking forward to making a plan. Good luck!

Veal scallopine. Substitute the veal with chicken. Cut six chicken breasts sideways the length of the breast to make 12 cutlets. Can be made the day before and reheated it tastes even better.

I am doing a Pork because my hubby is from Puerto Rico and they eat Pork on Christmas. If you don't like pork, what about a leg of lamb?

For the sake of guests I'm having a turkey even though I'm turkeyed out too. I'll likely make one of these too.
