    Thanks! I'm a geek at heart and like to tinker with little projects like that.

    While doing some experiments on my wine I discovered that one of those frothers will accomplish in 5 seconds what a decanter will do in an hour.

    Must be "divine direction." I was planning on giving wine aerators as some Xmas presents.

    With this they can froth their coffee and aerate their wine with the same gizmo!

    yikes, is Wine really better like that? It seems opposite of what wine "should" be, to my intuition.

    Yup... try it! It makes the wine much more flavorful and less bitter or sharp. This is what a Decanter is meant for... only a decanter takes about an hour to work.

    Yep, those are the ones I was looking at. There is another type that is like a small glass ball tha fits on top of the bottle.

    My friend takes a big wine glass and holds it over the sink, and pours the wine holding the bottle really high.

    Six, it really does make a difference.
