Ned was hot. Just like a JW Pioneer. And he had a much better car.

Tarzan wore a loin cloth for a reason. Duh! Those gorillas taught him well. No grabbing the sack in public. (monkey see, monkey do is no excuse)

No, most of them are jerks. And I am one that loves sports.

I write copy for two well known sports stars on their web sites. Both of them are very interesting people, but definately are not role models, and they would say so. Its more the sports leagues that promote this role stuff to market their cause.

No, and I think it's crazy we pay them so much when people are starving around the world, teachers aren't paid a living wage, etc etc (gets off soapbox).

As a side note - kudos to Minimus for spelling BOTH heroes (add the "e") AND role (NOT roll) correctly!!!! Does my little persnickety heart good.

Magic Johnson and Wilt Chamberlain are good role models.

Sports heroes + money = indescretion/imperfection. Get used to it.
