One would have thought that J W Legal Dept. were capable of refuting this. The WT has always maintained that they are within their constitutional rights to d/f people.

I did this my my DA letter as well and I am sure my name has never been announced from the platform. I am sure the gossip mill was wild. Some of the JW's speak to me and even hug me and then others look the other way when we meet.. I always try to smile at them if I see them.. and tell them I great I am doing now.. so who knows..

Thanks for posting these, I'm going to save them for future reference. DocBob's DA letter was beautifully written and gives me some good ideas. I've been working on my letter for the past 3 yrs and still haven't managed to finish it.

These letters have been unbelievable.Thanks for posting them.What has happen to LennyinBluemont?Does any one know?I went back and read some of his threads.I have sure learned alot since joining this site....

If the Barbara Anderson case is any indication, the WT is probably within their rights. DF'ing and shunning alone gives no basis for a cause of action.
