Hotspur said as they only announce "no longer a JW" there is no case to answer.
I will argue in my letter, if a JC is threatened in my case (Apostasy) , that if they announce that, it is a slander for which I will see them ,the individual Elders , in Court.
As I believe in Almighty God, and often testify publicly to such belief, how can I no longer be a Jehovah's Witness ?

But until they modify what they say they are in a dodgy position.
