Personally, I need to try and not post ANYTHING when I am really angry. I have been good at that and then I lost it. I need to get away from my computer

and not post. Guess I'm still too angry at what has happened to me when I was a dub.

Think I will just pack it in. Emotions are still raw. Just not post.

I would hate to see you stop posting as discussing or feelings and experiences allows us to release them and keep them from causing us toxicity!

Treat them with respect. I appreciate its difficult at times with some but by showing that we're not "evil apostates" may help them realise slowly that the org isn't all its cracked up to be.
