As far as I can guess,,Mrs Noah was swamped with spider because as far as I know most different spiders don't interbred so that would mean that on the ark there were probly hundres of thousand of spiders many who no doubt got squished into extinction by Mrs. Noah. I'm sure the fossil record would agree.
