Once again, the Trinity is a doctrine reagrding the nature of who God is, not what He does. Maybe you should get an understanding of something before trying to tear it down?
I noticed you didn't comment on this or the biblical examples I gave?!
Those who believe that eternal punishment is only a "notion" but believe eternal blessing is not a notion pick and choose from the bible, even from the same verse!

Mouthy, individuals will always swim against the tide of convention whether in religion or politics. Scratch below the surface and see what a group endorses or in the case of the Trinity what that horrible doctrine teaches about God. Many modern reformers and theologians are finally coming to grips with its moral and ethical implications and are trying to take efforts to change it, first in seminaries and finally in the pulpit.
What will dawn on the ministers is that most pew sitting church goers left that notion long ago.
Stephen, your version of the Trinity is always about what God does, it was its flaw when it was developed and in your case still impedes your view of the Supreme Being.

Well Designs, that is your view. Mine is similar, your flawed view of Jesus impedes your knowledge of the God.

Some xjws have gone into Catholicism or Protestantism and even Fundamentalism and end up with the same blinders on as before with a church teaching they really don't accept, know in their gut its cruel, but sit with ears half plugged because they want community and friendship.
