Isn't laying ALL the blame for pedos in JW-land on the GB alone sort of like laying all Catholic blame for the same subject solely on the Cardinals and the Pope?
I think there is blame to go around: First, of course, the perverts themselves. Second, Elders who actively tried to cover it up. Third, yes - society management people who kept lists of the offenders and covered them up as they moved around.
I somehow suspect that in JW culture, the GB itself was not so much involved with it as the service department and of course the legal team.
