Uhhhh because I started it, and it has pork in the title??
I had pork chops tonight. By them thin and then beat them with a hammer.
Same with steak.
My steaks and chops are more tender than any restaurant.
The thicker they are the harder you have to beat them.
Jaguar bass: "The thicker they are the harder you have to beat them."
Sounds like WT psych ops.
salt dough is good wrapping for meat you want tenderised, you crack it off and throw it away when the meats been cooked. bit like clay baking.
I'm with the cream of mushroom soup too. I also think pork comes in a white and dark meat. The dark meat (my first choice at the supermarket) is always tender regardless of how you cook it from my experience.
