    Anyone have a suggestion for making ridiculously tender pork chops?

    We use the recipe on the label of Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup.

    Buy some fresh basil. Place pork chop on grill with a basil leaf on the top side. When you turn it over put another basil leaf on it. Grill hot and fast. I love them this way.

    I like the sound of that. Do you use a fairly thin pork chop?

    Cover with meat tenderizer, cream of mushroom soup and foil. Bake at 350 F for 45 min to an hour.

    I've decided to combine many of the ideas here. I'll brown them on top of the stove, make a gravy, and simmer until tender. I have some beautiful Portobellos that I wanted to incorporate, so they will go nicely in this concoction. Brown rice and veggies on the side.

    I have growing Basil, Oregano, and Thyme. Hmm something, but not all. Thyme I think. Lots of black pepper!
