If you're cool with using splenda then yes there is. What type are you looking for? You can make a really good teryaki marinade with 1 c soy sauce (salt free is available but you have to look), combine that with 1 cup splenda and 1/2 cup fresh Pineapple Juice. There are many more.

I don't know what your exact sugar free requirements are. Mrs. Dash has a whole line of salt-free marinades but they probably all have some kind of sugar. I had this recipe below, it contains pineapple juice and honey, but no added sugar.
LEA'S PINEAPPLE MARINADE FOR PORK OR CHICKEN
1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup white wine
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon dry mustardMix all ingredients together and marinade boneless, skinless chicken for about 1 hour. Marinade pork or large poultry pieces 6 to 12 hours.
Here's another marinade that is similar in that it uses honey:
Healthy BBQ Marinade/Sauce
12 ounce no salt added tomato paste
3 ounces low sodium soy sauce
1/2 c. dry white wine (to replace salt taste)
1 tbsp. dry mustard or dijon
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco (to taste)
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. mild chili powder
Juice of 1/2 orange
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. Liquid Smoke -

Sure it's easy...
- One chicken
- One gallon tap water
Ta-da! Anything else I can assist you with?

Absolutely! Olive oil, a squeeze of lemon, crushed garlic, minced onions, herbs and spices of your choice. I particularly enjoy oregano. Chili powder, Cilantro and cumin are excellent for a Mexican flavor.

Hey remember asilentone, not toooo much lemon. It will "cook" the chicken.

Honey is a good sweetner to use.
If you want spices, you can use any kind of "Mrs. Dash" seasoning.
A good marinade:
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup low-salt chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves or fresh Basil

Honey is a good sweetner to use.
Honey is almost pure sugar.
Why would you want to make a marinade without sugar?
