In the current movie Gort is made up of nano-particles.
I don't see what the problem would be in dealing with Gort, just use one of SG-1's anti-replicator weapons on him and the nano-particles would lose cohesion. Gort would fall apart into a pile of nano-dust! Problem solved!
Where is SG-1 when you need them?
