I googled the oil swishing. I don't know how seriously, I would take a remedy coming from India. Especially curing aids.
I do have trust issues with dentsists but I have found that not listening to them can be costly.
I once went in and they told me I had a cavity. It was in an area that could not be detected and I didn't beleive him.
Sure enough, two years late he was correct. My not listening, cost me a root canal instead of a filling.

one experience was that a lady who suffered from gum/teeth problems swished 3xs a day .... went to the dentist and the dentists said ... "WTF? Whatever you are doing keep doing."
Dr's will never provide natural cures because their aint no $$$ in it!!! Now they want to outlaw Vitamin C in Canada??? WTF?
