Judicial Committee formed, can they do that with only one "witness"?

    And you can't form a judicial commitee to have a fishing expedition. You can have 2 elders ask questions so as to investigate a matter but that is not a JC. If a person admits to wrongdoing without any witnesses, a JC can be formed but not only by means of 1 witness or even hearsay.

    They do it all the time in the real world

    We've seen or heard of dubs breaking all of their own rules, yet you are saying that they will stay true to this particular jdub rule?

    Do it right;

    Do it wrong.

    eLDER's do JC's following the above 2 choices, in no particular order.

    Much like the US judicial system, laws and leagal rules are not worth the paper they are written on.

    The "judge" (in this case the judicial comittee) will decide what he wants, and the law be damned.

    You'll find this to be a lesson not to be ignored when you leave the JW world and re-enter the real world.

    BA- I suggest you keep it in mind.
