I can see myself making a similar move at some point... I am quite new, but I can see how eventually JWD becomes less neccesary...
I certainly value JWD for the friends I have made in the short time here... and I hope that my posts can help some others face the org with courage. The help that I have received from JWDers has been invaluable in my transition.
