yeah, I wish I had had some sort of awakening where I could stand up in the hall, say "you people are crazy. I'm out of here." But I just got depressed and gave up and faded - and then had my awakening too late for any useful drama.

    Lady Zombie,

I've always been curious but what happens if I push the "red button ? "

I have no anger or resentment toward the org. I faded away and I am happy. I am still friends with many. I see no need too loose class because I disagree with an organization.

I do not feel like a loser that needs to get even (no offense to anyone)

Just like little toe - what a star...

In the middle of a public talk I was giving (because it would only have been 18 months ago I gave my last public talk) I would make a point of beginning to give the JW stance on Homosexuality, then break into YMCA and profess to being a raging fag from the platform....ah i can just imagine the looks on their faces now....

Definitely steal the mics and freak out and tell it like it is, screaming out the name of this as well as many other useful websites that people need to go to. Then, as their escorting me out (in a skirt of course, and I'd make sure to wear red panties that day so as i'm kicking you can see them) I'd be reaching into my meeting bag and throwing out pamphlets i had prepared ahead of time with the REAL truth and more websites sites. Of course, the elders would run around and try to collect them all but a few would smuggle a copy home. Ahhh it would all be worth it....

It's funny, there was a time when making a public statement like that was something that appealed to me. Like "I sure told them good, muahaha".

But now, I could care less. I don't hate the people there, I just see 'em as another christian fringe sect, statistically nobody in the larger scheme of things.

I'd probably just do what I did before; leave and not look back.

My feelings are very similar to Twitch's. If I have any anger it is at my parents for raising me in this cult. I'm mainly bewildered at how THEY ever got hooked into this and why they chose to raise their 2 daughters in this very sick religion. But they're both dead now.

The best revenge is to be unlike him who performed the injury

    .

Hatred is self-punishment. Hatred it the coward's revenge for being intimidated

Revenge is not always sweet, once it is consummated we feel inferior to our victim.
    Emile M. Cioran

For the poison of hatred seated near the heart doubles the burden for the one who suffers the disease; he is burdened with his own sorrow, and groans on seeing another's happiness.

    1. Ever seen the end of the film "The Graduate"?

    2. I would wait until the Memorial, chug the glass of wine and ask for a refill and some cheez whiz for the unleavened bread.

    3. When I'm out in service with the Elders, try to sell vacuum cleaners to people who say they aren't interested in a Bible Study.

    4. Sing a Kingdom Song IN tune.
