My mom used to eat this: Peanut butter smoothed on rye bread, open faced with tiny sweet gherkins on the side. Try it. Pretty yummy.

I could eat my weight in Cashews, but I've never tried the butter.

What about peanut butter and marshallow cream? We used to eat that as kids, almost too rich though.

Rye bread is only tolerable on a Reuben sandwich and only with lots of mustard. Peanut butter and rye, yuuuuuuuuck

crunchy "natural" peanut butter with seedless black raspberry jam on toasted 7 grain is a taste experience i wish on everyone who can tolerate peanuts

however, since the jam is so d@mn pricy i usually have my PB with honey from a local apiary

I like it. But not crappy rye bread. Really high quality rye bread with caraway seeds.

SWEET GHERKIN PICKLES

Gherkins are the very young cucumbers and my mother likes the gherkin sweet pickles. She would buy them just for her.
