That reminds me of a non-spoken thing equally irritating...kinda hard to describe but its the motion of snapping your fingers while moving your hand back and forth across your body while simultanously moving your head side to side. It can be accompanied by speech, as in, "Girlfriend, don't you go there..." or something similar.
