On the surface the Org. doesn't "appear" to be a mind control cult. As we've read hear so many times about the anguish associated while trying to adjust to a life outside the org.
And why is this? Like the banner says on Randy's site "Free Minds" any other label just would not fit.

I have also found refuge in this site. My husband doesn't understand, but my therapist says he doesn't have to.
I am also in therapy dealing with my mom's abandonment of me, and a load of childhood issues. Center stage is the JW upbringing. She is phenominal, and after one session I felt tremendously better.
