Miss Ann, Rub, Tink:
Thanks much for those great accounts.
To have all your own teeth is a very good thing.
To be still active: (but to lose it mentally is sad).
To be forgotten by those you've loved and helped: unforgivable.

When strolling about the neighborhood, I see a fair share of folks in their twilight years moving right along at quite a clip ...
Whew!

When I lived in the Bronx, we had an elderly sister in her 90s, confined to a wheelchair, had arthritis in her fingers, she couldn't even hold the mags, but every morning, she had her nurse wheel her around by the train station, offering passerbys the WT and Awake!

CoCo- My mom and dad , witnesses, are 82 and 80 , will turn 83 and 81 this summer, and are very active , although my mom's hip is giving her trouble now. But they have been married 61 years now and never cease to amaze me with their energy ! Hope I have that much energy at that age ! Peace out, Mr. Flipper
Hello RR and Mr. Flipper:
Gotta admire their loyalty ...
I'll leave it at that.
Thanks,
